The BMM recipes are only for you AFTER you have finished the HCG protocol and start to maintain your goal weight. We will post new recipes as we go along and if you would like to contribute to this growing site we invite you from our hearts to do so.

Below is a HCG recipe, which you can use during your BMM-HCG Protocol.

ASIAN STIR-FRIED SQUID SALAD

3 ounces of chard

.5 ounces of red peppers

3.5 ounces of squid

Chop the vegetables finely and put into pan.  Add the squid and start to season with some Braggs Amino Acid, chili, ginger, turmeric, fresh peppers, chives, and a teaspoon of capers if you like. Stir until done, and arrange nicely with a pepper.

The following is a Body-Mind-Morphing recipe that you can do after the protocol in your maintenance phase. Please note that this recipe is NOT to be used during the HCG Protocol.

Basic Enzyme Drink

1 cup of sunflowers

1 cup of buckwheat

¼ cup of hempseeds

Soak the sunflower seeds and the buckwheat in a large jar for 24 hours. This amount is enough for making yourself a healthy drink every morning for a month.

Put ½ cup of sprouted seeds in your blender, and add 1/8 cup of hemp seed. The hemp seed does not need to be sprouted. Add one cup of ice cubes, and one cup of water. Mix very well to a smooth, milky texture.  This is the base for adding your favorite add-ons.

Your favorite add-ons can be any fruits or vegetables.
