Morphing your Body and Mind into an Ageless Healthy Being with the Groundbreaking HCG Protocol

There comes a time in our lives when we begin to acknowledge that the physical body is the most precious treasure we have been given.  All of the blessings in life–from material wealth to relationships– are secondary when we recognize that the body is our point of pleasure, our tangible connection to the outer world, and that which allows us to sustain ourselves so we can enjoy all that life has to offer.

The turning point in my perception of this wisdom and the idea of “ageless” living occurred on April 1st, 2008. My back went out, which rendered me bed-ridden for 10 days.  The pain was excruciating, and the slightest movement—even turning on my side–required assistance from another.  With the diminishing of my ability to move independently, I thought my life was over.  Would I ever be the same again?  It felt as though my body aged in one day to 100 years, and my mind was halfway behind.

How often do we first have to go “downhill” before we are motivated to take care of ourselves?  How often do we first have to lose something before we realize what we have?  Life often delivers a “wake-up call”, and, yes, this was mine.  In retrospect, it became clear that no better lesson could have allowed me to stop and take stock of how I was living my life, and be given the opportunity to choose a new lifestyle.

I am a workaholic, and I had been driven for years to take care of the needs of others, tend to the house, the land, the garden, and the business before I would take some time for myself.  I literally had to learn how to dedicate the time to exercise and to prepare a proper nutritious meal.  In my newfound endeavor to heal my body, I had the great honor to meet and learn from Trudy Vogt, M.D., a renowned plastic surgeon from Switzerland who perfected the HCG protocol with 40 years experience with her daughter Manuela Christener.  HCG is a naturally occurring hormone in the body of a pregnant woman that allows  the body to metabolize stored fat that is hard to access.  This is the weight loss program that changed my life, and, yes, my mindset as well. I reduced my weight by 40 pounds, transformed my food patterns, and finally found a way to enjoy my body with a workout that served my busy lifestyle.

I have since developed a complimentary protocol called BMM:  Body-Mind Morphing.  Morphing is about seamlessly changing from one form to another.  Body-Mind Morphing is about shaping your body and shifting your mind, leading to permanently stabilized weight loss and ageless living.

If anybody would have predicted that I would one day write a book about morphing body and mind, coach people how to lose 20 to 30 pounds in one month and to prepare healthy food, I would have declared them “nuts”.  Yet now my book is being written, which includes contributions from many leading-edge friends and teachers in the field of ageless living.  My clients are successful “body-mind morphers”, who have jumped off the painful merry-go-round cycle of yo-yo dieting, and are now living vital, stable, healthy lives.
